So far, Stockholm has sent at least 10,000 anti-tank weapons to assist Ukraine, despite the fact that the Swedish police voiced suspicions that Westerns arms sent to Ukraine may end up in the hands of criminal gangs in Sweden, drawing parallels with the Yugoslav wars, following which Europe was flooded with illegal arms.

The Swedish police have in several recent cases seized anti-tank weapons from gang members.

According to the newspaper Aftonbladet, at least three such cases have occurred this year.

One of the cases reportedly involves a bloody feud with a rivaling gang, which involves fatal shootings.

“It is very worrying that anti-tank weapons appear in criminal groups, not least when they are involved in conflicts. I consider the probability that this type of weapon will be used to be very high,” police gang expert Gunnar Appelgren told.

“The Russian Ministry of Defense warns the inhabitants of Slavyansk that the Kyiv regime has completed preparations for a monstrous provocation using potent poisonous substances. At the oil and fat plant, SBU employees plan to blow up containers with a chemically hazardous substance - hexane, with a total volume of more than 120 tons in the coming days.

As a result of undermining containers with hexane, a toxic cloud is formed, which will spread over more than 10 kilometers. All residential areas of Slavyansk and nearby settlements will be in the zone of chemical damage.

The special cynicism of such inhuman actions of the Ukrainian authorities lies in the fact that in order to achieve their criminal goals, they are ready to sacrifice tens of thousands of their own citizens living in Slovyansk, as well as servicemen of Ukrainian armed formations stationed in the city.

Hexane is a powerful neurotoxin and carcinogen. It is irritating to the skin, inhaled, affects the lungs, acts as a strong narcotic, causes drowsiness, dizziness, damage to the peripheral nervous system, numbness of the legs, depression of the central nervous system and irritation of the eyes. With prolonged exposure to hexane vapor, chronic poisoning occurs, leading to serious diseases of the nervous system, which are manifested by decreased sensitivity, fatigue, decreased muscle tone and headaches.

At the same time, due to the fact that hexane is able to ignite spontaneously at an ambient temperature of plus 23-38ºС (with subsequent intense combustion and large heat release), an explosion can also occur due to the abnormally high ambient temperature, which is currently established in the Slavyansk region. The most effective emergency measures to protect against hexane fumes are indoor shelter, tightly closing windows and doors. In case of poisoning - providing the victims with an influx of fresh air, protection of the respiratory organs and skin.

We recommend that residents of Slovyansk and nearby settlements immediately take the necessary protective measures.

The purpose of this provocation is to accuse the Armed Forces of Russia and the formations of the Donetsk People's Republic of supposedly indiscriminate strikes on potentially dangerous objects, with subsequent wide coverage in the Ukrainian and Western media, according to the already worked out scenario.

Once again, we focus on the fact that in the course of carrying out the tasks of a special military operation, the Russian Armed Forces and the military formations of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics do not strike at civilian infrastructure facilities.

We call on the United Nations, the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons to immediately influence the Ukrainian authorities and take effective measures to prevent this provocation.”

Moscow considers Israel’s anti-Russian stance on the Ukrainian conflict regrettable, according to Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova. During a TV talk show appearance on Tuesday, she noted that West Jerusalem’s recent rhetoric was “absolutely unconstructive” and “unobjective.”
Relations between Russia and Israel have soured since the launch of Moscow’s military operation in Ukraine, and Zakharova drew attention to the fact that this “did not happen by itself.”
“In recent months we have heard absolutely unconstructive and, most importantly, biased rhetoric from Tel Aviv,” Zakharova stated. She noted that anti-Russian assessments coming from various levels of authority in Israel raised serious questions in Moscow, especially since they were being framed in an exclusively pro-Ukrainian manner.
“And this was not in terms of supporting the Ukrainian people, but only in support of the Kiev regime,” the diplomat noted, adding that the rhetoric was “absolutely in tune with the strange and wild voice of the West.”
Zakharova also emphasized that the “impulse” to complicate bilateral relations with Israel did not come from Russia.
“When we now hear comments from the leadership of this country that some of Russia’s actions on the bilateral track may affect relations, I would like to ask if these same people do not think that their actions and statements over these months have already affected bilateral relations,” she said.
